Rebecca DeWolf is a historian with a Ph.D. in history from American University. Her research has achieved recognition through several fellowships and grants, including the Dirksen Center Congressional Research Grant and a Clendenen Dissertation Fellowship at American University. Her book, Gendered Citizenship, explores the original conflict over the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) to uncover the changing nature of citizenship in the United States after the passage of the Nineteenth Amendment.
