Maddie is a passionate advocacy and research professional with experience in politics, the nonprofit space, and academia. She’s worked at The Women’s Fund of Central Ohio for two years as the Research and Advocacy Manager. She also lectures in the Department of Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at The Ohio State University. Before starting at The Women’s Fund, Maddie worked in political campaign communications and as a Research Assistant at Ohio State, where she earned a Master’s degree in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and Public Policy. She also holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma. Maddie lives in Austin, Texas, with her fiancé and beagle Marnie.
