Angel Riley is an experienced political affairs strategist, life coach, and award-winning author with over 15 years of experience driving political engagement, leadership, and business success. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration in Government Management from Southeastern University and a BA in International Studies from West Virginia Wesleyan College. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.

As a Senior Manager of Political Affairs at Philips, she leads a $260K PAC, spearheading strategic campaigns, executive political engagement, and internal communications initiatives. She has successfully implemented webinars, developed comprehensive communications plans, and boosted employee engagement, increasing PAC participation significantly within the company.

Before joining Philips, Angel was the PAC Director at Leidos, where she managed a $1.5M PAC. Her expertise also extends to overseeing lobbying activities, ensuring compliance with Federal Election Commission regulations, and managing internal messaging on critical social issues.

Angel Riley also served as a former Ethics Officer at Lockheed Martin, driving employee engagement, developing impactful training programs, and winning internal awards for her contributions.
